By Greg Bensinger Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) — Amazon.com Inc. has removed print and electronic versions of books from Macmillan after a dispute over pricing of titles for the Kindle digital reader, the publisher said.
Amazon.com pulled all buy buttons from Macmillan Book, as an opening move in arguments about ebook sales. iPad v. Kindle Wars.
